    • Director of Marketing

    • Tricia serves as the Director of Marketing where she handles both the internal marketing initiatives for xiik as well as the development of advertising campaigns for clients. As a Psychology graduate from the University of Notre Dame, Tricia digs deep to develop various advertising strategies that make potential customers reach a desired outcome or behavior. This, along with a strong background in media buying and advertising analysis helps t o ensure that companies are getting the best return of investment and their sales and acquisitions goals are being met. Tricia has served as the National Media Buyer for Angie's List where she has worked with top companies in television, radio, print advertising, and web. Her insight into how media buying works and her tenacity for negotiation allows her to get strong advertising placement and great rates.

    • Tricia is a xiik freak because the company's name is cool, but also knows that working for a company that is committed to high performance and exceptional customer service is much cooler (if cooler was grammatically correct)!

    • In her spare time she can be found working out (lifting weights mostly), watching reality TV (which is not very realistic) and reading. She is also addicted to Law and Order, Cold Case Files, Snapped, MSNBC Dateline stories, Lifetime movies, etc - pretty much anything where someone has gone off the deep end and she can yell at the TV "They are crazy!" She is always up for a sports challenge as long as it doesn't include running over a mile and water (she hates getting her hair wet!) She also enjoys listening to an eclectic mix of music, eating (but not cooking), and playing Sudoku.
